Cancellation Policy
Booking & Cancellation Policy Booking Confirmation All discovery calls are confirmed upon booking and held specifically for your organization. As time is reserved in advance, we kindly ask that any changes be made with appropriate notice. Cancellations & Rescheduling We require a minimum of **24 hours’ notice** for cancellations or rescheduling of discovery calls. * Cancellations made with more than 24 hours’ notice may be rescheduled at no charge. * Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be considered a late cancellation and may not be rescheduled. Late Arrivals If you arrive late, the session will proceed for the remaining scheduled time. Full session length cannot be extended due to scheduling commitments. No-Shows If you do not attend the scheduled call and no notice is given, the session will be considered a no-show and will not be rescheduled. Professional Courtesy These policies are in place to ensure fair scheduling, respect for all participants’ time, and the ability to maintain consistent availability for organizations seeking support.
