Mental Reset
Soften the noise. Let the mind unwind.
Service Description
A 35-minute focused massage for the shoulders, neck and head, designed to help ease the physical tension that can build alongside a busy or overstimulated mind. This experience combines targeted massage with gentle somatic breathwork to invite your body out of constant doing and into a quieter state. Slow, intentional touch helps release areas that commonly hold tension, while guided breathing brings awareness back to the body and creates space between you and the mental chatter. For burnout, low energy, accumulated stress, and the feeling of carrying too much for too long. This is a space to slow down, breathe, release tension, and give your mind a chance to rest.
