Mind + Body Connection
Guided reflection. Somatic support. Restorative massage
Service Description
A dedicated space to slow down, reconnect with your body, and create room for what you’ve been carrying. The session begins with a guided somatic conversation; an opportunity to pause, reflect, notice what is happening in your body, and explore what may be contributing to tension, stress, or depletion. From there, the experience transitions into a 60-minute therapeutic massage, allowing the body to soften and integrate through intentional touch. This is a space for people experiencing stress, burnout, emotional overwhelm, or simply the feeling of having been “on” for too long. Guided somatic reflection + 60-minute massage Up to 2 hours
